 Madhu brings in more than 20 years of extensive experience in design, development and implementation of ERP systems using SAP solutions.
He is well versed in implementing SAP applications in various industry verticals such as Public Sector, Utilities, Banking, Education, FMCG covering various business processes around Human Capital Management, Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Financials, Plant Maintenance, Extended Solutions on Warehouse Management/Asset Management and Campus Management.
He is also an experienced technical consultant with knowledge in many SAP technical areas -- Development, Data Analytics, Security, Basis, and System Architecture, besides Enterprise Application Integration tools XI/PI, IBM MQ Integrator and architectures using ESOA, ALE/IDOC, Web Services, OData and XML standards/technologies.

Venkat was a Program Manager at Microsoft USA, managing products from conceptualization to shipping before he moved on to SAP as Program Manager/Project Manager at SAP India delivering complex implementations and upgrade projects with global templates & rollouts.
A seasoned professional, Venkat is outstanding when it comes to project planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills with ability to support multiple simultaneous projects in a matrix organizational structure. Besides, he has vast experience in Estimation, Project Plan development, Change Management, Quality Planning, Assurance and Control, Risk Management and Earned Value Analysis.
